Julie Gibson, LMHP, LCSW, is a counseling professional who has been in practice since 1991.
Julie is one of 3 co-owners of Directions EAP, LLC. Julie facilitated the start of an Employee Assistance Program in Onaga, Kansas. She has enjoyed the transition to an established EAP 5 years ago with this talented staff. Julie has broad experience counseling children, adolescents, and adults through many of life’s challenges including fertility and other health issues, parenting issues, divorce, depression, grief, anxiety and stress management. She enjoys and brings her creative energy to education and training programs.
Tricia Branchaud, LMHP, CEAP, has a Master’s degree in counseling and is a Nationally Certified Employee Assistance Professional and State Licensed Certified Professional Counselor and Mental Health Practitioner.
Tricia is one of 3 co-owners of Directions EAP, LLC. Tricia brings 28 years of experience in the Lincoln mental health care arena and 12 years specifically in the EAP field. She brings knowledge of community resources and worked 15 years in the health care community. Her expertise includes marital and divorce counseling, depression and anxiety, dealing with chronic and terminal illness, co-dependency and boundary issues, grief recovery, resiliency, coping with change and stress management. Her approach to counseling is to help clients identify and build on their internal strengths and resources. Tricia enjoys facilitating educational workshops and seminars. She is a certified PTS counselor (helping those coping with a miscarriage or loss of a stillborn) and is also trained and experienced in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing.
Kari Hasemann-Herbert, LMHP, LCSW, CEAP and Business Manager of Directions EAP, LLC, is a counseling professional who has been in practice since 1985.
Kari is one of 3 co-owners of Directions EAP, LLC. Kari holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner. Additionally, Kari holds National Certification as an Employee Assistance Professional, is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and is a member of NASW. She is a member of the Nebraska Critical Incident Stress Debriefing Management Team. Kari has extensive training and experience in a variety of settings and has worked in the employee assistance field for 14 years. Kari enjoys sharing her expertise especially working with children, individuals and families.

Debra K. Davidson, LMHP, LPC, LADC and holds a Master of Human Relations degree.
Debra has been in the substance abuse field for over fifteen years as a primary and youth-in-crisis counselor in both rural and metropolitan areas, including several years evaluating substance abuse issues. Beyond these roles, she is an adjunct instructor at local colleges in the psychology, sociology and human services programs and assists families with interventions for their loved ones. Over the years Deb has worked as Director of Substance Abuse Services, Program Coordinator for an inpatient treatment facility, and as an author and project coordinator for a community prevention grant. Additionally, she has authored and obtained a copyright on a decision-making program for youth. In her mental health practice, Deb’s areas of focus are relationships, co-dependency, anger management, depression and anxiety.
